1. Intellectual Property

All photographs displayed in this gallery are the sole property of the photographer. Images may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, edited, or used in any form without written permission. Please note: Purchasing a print does not include image licensing or usage rights. All rights are retained by 500px and its distribution partners. Prints are for personal display only.

2. Personal Use Only

Prints purchased through this site are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use any image for advertising, marketing, resale, or digital reproduction. Interested in licensing one of my images? Please note that all licensing and distribution rights are managed by 500px and their official partners. For commercial use, please contact 500px directly to obtain proper authorization.

3. Orders, Returns & Refunds

All print orders are fulfilled and shipped via Pixieset’s professional print lab partners. Quality is ensured through their process. Any issues—such as damage during shipping or incorrect orders—should be reported within 7 days. Contact me directly and I’ll assist with resolving the issue through Pixieset’s support team. All sales are final unless damaged.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping times and costs are set by Pixieset’s lab partners and may vary depending on print size, material, and destination. Tracking and order status will be provided via Pixieset after your order is placed.

5. Pricing & Image Quality

Pricing reflects the effort, proximity, and artistic process involved in capturing each image, as well as the ultra-high resolution of the final product. Most images are 8000x6000 pixels or higher, making them suitable for large-format fine art prints without loss of detail. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Conduct & Use

You agree not to misuse this website, its images, or purchasing systems. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
