Returns/Refunds

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from I Walk Wild. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need aswell as exactly as advertised. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

In addition to your legal rights, we allow you to return goods for a full refund or replacement if it was recieved with a defect and/or damaged in transit. if thats the case simply contact us with a photo of said defective or damaged product. you must send us the product back before we issue a replacement product and/or refund .

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
